WORK EXPERIENCE: |
Born in France, Chef Ludovic developed a passion for Culinary Art at a young age. His grandfather was an old-fashioned wood-fired Baker and his father was a Pastry Chef.
Trained in Michelin-starred restaurants, and 5-star luxury hotels and holding a culinary degree of `Superior Cuisine` at Le Cordon Bleu School of Paris, Ludovic found a curiosity for culinary culture across the globe.
He moved to Aspen `Colorado` in the United States to cook as a Private Chef in villas, which helped him develop additional culinary skills and creativity according to various clients' requests.
After several years exploring Mexican and Central American food culture, Chef Ludovic optimized his cultural cooking knowledge and decided to join the Yachting Industry. |
