| WORK EXPERIENCE: | Marlon worked in the field of Marine conservation for 10 years as a Park Ranger and Marine Biologist. He has been Scuba Diving since he was 17 years old and has tremendous knowledge about marine life on Coral Reefs. Marlon joined the yachting industry in 2014 and has been in the VDM family for 5 years. Marlon has recently qualified as an Officer and is now our Chief Officer. |

| JOB DESCRIPTION: | Marlon leads the deck team and assists the Captain navigating. He is our jet ski instructor and proficient in all water sport activities. He loves the water, Water sports and activities, he is also the Dive Master and fishing guide onboard. |
| LICENSES/CERTIFICATES: | OOW, Yacht Master Offshore and holds a degree in Marine Biology. Efficient Deckhand, Powerboat 2 and PWC Instructors License. |
| HOBBIES: | Marlon comes from a fishing family and fishing is his favorite hobby. He also enjoys traveling and water sports. |
