WORK EXPERIENCE: Stuart Grew up in a family restaurant in the wine growing region of NSW Australia. He’s Always had a big passion for food and did his culinary training 20 years ago in Sydney. After Leaving school he trained in Fine dining restaurants in Sydney. Stuart has a broad international Repertoire. He Has been working in the Yachting industry for 15 years and is Passionate abut Providing our guest with an exiting Culinary experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As the only Chef onboard, Stuart is in charge of all menu planning and cooking for guests and crew.
