||Born in the gastronomical capital of the world; Paris, Alain’s passion for food and wine can be traced back to his DNA. His 30+ years of experience in some of the world’s top ranked 3* Michelin restaurants, a smattering of luxury Superyachts and Private residences around the world, ensures there isn’t much chef Alain cannot conjure up. Skilled in Mediterranean, Asian, Central & Latin American, and Caribbean cuisine to name but a few, he also enjoys experimenting with Molecular gastronomy. In his free time Alain enjoys expanding his Wine knowledge (He’s a master of wine).
||As the only Chef onboard, Alain is in charge of all menu planning and cooking for guests and crew.

||Alain enjoys getting back to nature, exploring, hiking, trekking, Mid-Century Art, Skiing, travelling and Sky-diving (over 400 jumps).
