||Phil started his Chef career at the age of 14 in a fish and chippy back at home in Cardiff. After completing a 4-year apprenticeship he developed a sense of individuality in his cooking and took it over seas to Sydney; where he worked for a few years as Head Chef in a gastro pub. After moving to South of France, Phil discovered yachting and has been impressing guests with his culinary skills for the last 8 years. Phil recently joined VDM in 2020.
