||Graham grew up cooking with his nan, he found he was pretty good at it so turned into a career. He studied at college in Southport and continued by owning his own Mexican restaurant. Getting itchy feet Graham then moved to Barcelona where he specialized in Catalan cuisine and worked with high end chefs such as Rick Stein. After a holiday in Miami, he discovered yachting and decided to take his career to the next level in 2007, where he joined his first yacht. Graham specializes in French, Mexican and Spanish cuisine.
